How does the order process work?

Tap 'Request Quote' on any piece or message us on WhatsApp with the picture. We confirm fabric options and price. You pay 30–50% advance. We send progress photos. You approve. You pay the balance. We ship.

How close to the original is each piece?

We aim for a 90–95% visual match using comparable premium fabrics. Where the original uses imported couture fabric we'll suggest the closest local equivalent and show you a swatch on WhatsApp before stitching.

How long does delivery take?

Lawn and casual: 7–14 days. Formal and party: 10–16 days. Bridal: 18–25 days. The exact timeline is shown on each product page.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card payments via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfer. Account details are on every product page under 'Other methods'.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

Because every piece is made-to-order, we don't offer cash refunds. We do offer free alterations and, in rare cases of major defect, a remake at our cost.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — DHL Express to over 60 countries. UK and US typically arrive in 3–5 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout and includes insurance up to the full piece value.

Can I send my own measurements?

Send measurements on WhatsApp. We have a measurement guide we'll share. For bridal, we strongly recommend a professional tailor measure you.
