Fabric &
embroidery

Day 2–330% deposit

Once you approve the quote, we courier you fabric swatches and embroidery samples. You pick the silk weight, the zardozi density, the color of every thread. Half-payment locks in your slot.

& cut

Day 4–6Master tailor

Our master tailor Ustaad Yasin drafts your pattern from your exact measurements and cuts the silk by hand. No CAD, no shortcuts — just 32 years of muscle memory and a piece of chalk.

Embroidery

Day 7–1614 karigars

The longest stage. Zardozi, dabka, sequins, kora — every motif placed and stitched by hand on traditional adda frames. A heavy bridal can take 800 person-hours. We send you a video update every Friday.

Finishing
& fitting

Day 17–201–2 fittings

Lining is hand-stitched. Hooks, dori, dupatta tassels — all finished by Khala Saira's team. Local clients come in for a fitting. International clients get a video fitting on WhatsApp; alterations are done before shipping.

Day 21–22DHL · TCS

Your dress is steamed, tissue-wrapped in our signature cream box, and sealed with a wax stamp. Local delivery is free. International ships DHL Express, tracked, insured, and at your door in 3–5 days.

How close to the original is each piece?

As close as humanly possible. We match the silhouette, fabric weight, embroidery placement, and thread count to the original photograph. Zardozi motifs are recreated by hand by our karigars — sometimes the result is more refined than the original. We never copy logos or trademarks.
What does a quote cost?

Quotes are free. Pricing depends on fabric, embroidery weight, and timeline — bridals range Rs 38,000–Rs 95,000, formals Rs 18,000–Rs 38,000, lawn Rs 6,500–Rs 12,000. We send a fixed price before any deposit.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes — DHL Express to over 60 countries. UK and US typically arrive in 3–5 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout and includes insurance up to the full piece value.
What if it doesn't fit?

Free alterations within 14 days of delivery for local clients. International clients can ship the piece back at our cost; we'll alter and return within 7 days. We get fit right 94% of the time on the first try.
Can you recreate a designer piece I love?

If we can see clear reference photos and the silhouette is feasible, yes. We've done Sabyasachi, Faraz Manan, Élan, HSY, Suffuse, Maria B, Mina Hasan, Zara Shahjahan, and dozens more. Send us the link and we'll tell you in 24 hours whether we can do it justice.
How fast can you deliver?

Standard is 18–22 days. Rush bridals (10–12 days) are possible with a 30% surcharge — limited slots, first come first served. Lawn and simple formals can be done in 7–10 days standard.
