All orders are made-to-order and confirmed via WhatsApp. Placing a quote request is not a binding order; the order is confirmed when you pay the 30–50% advance.
We require 30–50% upfront to begin production. The balance is due after you approve final progress photos and before shipping. Card payments are processed via Stripe. JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfers are confirmed manually on WhatsApp.
Because every piece is custom-made, we do not offer cash refunds. We do offer free alterations within 14 days of delivery, and in rare cases of a major defect verified by photo evidence, a free remake. Concerns must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Domestic shipping (Pakistan) is included in the quoted price unless otherwise stated. International shipping is calculated per destination via DHL Express, includes insurance, and is quoted before the balance payment. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Trendy Wears creates designer-inspired pieces using comparable fabrics and techniques. We do not represent our pieces as originals, do not use any designer's registered marks on our garments, and never claim a piece is from a house we don't represent. We recreate silhouettes, not trademarks.
We collect only the information needed to fulfill your order — name, WhatsApp number, shipping address, and measurements. Payment data is handled by Stripe and our local processors; we don't store card numbers. We never sell or share customer data with third parties.
